Inauguration of national executive council officers and advisory council of patrons and patronesses of Senator Victor Umeh Support Group
The Senator Victor Umeh Support Group is a collection of friends and allies of a great son of Igboland, who has sacrificed much to give Ndigbo a voice in Nigeria today, having dedicated self to the well-being and cause of the Igbo nation. He is a dogged fighter who has steadfastly sought the growth and progress of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), who, within the short period of his presence in the Senate of the National Assembly, has been a very reliable voice for his people.
That man who is no other than Distinguished Senator (Dr.) Victor Chinonyelum Umeh (Ohamadike), OFR, the Senator representing Anambra Central Senatorial District at the National Assembly.
Ohamadike piloted the affairs of APGA as National Chairman and positioned it on the high pedestal it occupies today. He is a vocal defender of the Igbo cause and a stickler for the tenets of the rule of law and democracy. This was why he won all 40 legal battles during his reign as APGA National Chairman. He is a man who believes that his word is his bond, who never promises what he cannot do, and who never fails to do what he has promised. This is why we always say “Ohamadike bu Odogwu! ”
